This belief has driven my passion to work within the healthcare field and transform the healthcare experience. My mission is to educate, empower, advocate and promote health and well-being.
As a practitioner, I lead with integrity, dedication and compassion. I aim to discover the root cause of health issues and develop a simple and individualized treatment plan to help you reach your health goals. I use a holistic, patient-centered approach to care that is evidenced based and inclusive of your personal values, decisions and budget.
I have interest in supporting all individuals on their health journey but have a special interest in skin, hormonal, digestive, metabolic and mental health.

Complementary Consultation
If you are ready to take the next step in your health journey but are unsure if naturopathic medicine is right for you, Dr. Sarah offers a complimentary 15 minute virtual (video or phone call) appointment where you can learn more about naturopathic medicine and how Dr. Sarah may be able to help you with your health concerns.
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation will be approximately 90 minutes in length. During this appointment Dr. Sarah will focus on gathering detailed information about your current health and collect any relevant past health history. She will explore many areas of your health to get a better understanding of the full picture and develop an appropriate treatment protocol that is right for you.
Follow-Ups
In these appointments Dr. Sarah will monitor changes to your health and modify your treatment plan accordingly. Dr. Sarah may recommend follow-up lab testing if required to reassess your health status and track your health progress.
